Delivery and Returns
Delivery
The goods are sent within Estonia and by prior arrangement with the online store within Europe.

To receive the goods, the buyer has the following options:

Itella Smartpost, Omniva or DPD parcel machine,

By agreement with the courier

Self-pickup based on prior arrangement at Villapreili studio located at J. Hurda 5, Otepää 67405
Shipping and Handling
If you complete the purchase Monday - Friday at 2 p.m. at the latest, the package will be taken to the parcel machine on the same day. Later orders will be posted the next day, and then the package will reach you within a few days. If you place a purchase on Friday after 2 p.m. or on Saturday/Sunday, the package will be sent on Monday and will arrive at the parcel machine of your choice on Tuesday-Wednesday.
The shipping costs of the goods are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Receiving the package
When the package arrives at the parcel machine, you will receive an SMS message containing a unique door code to open the door. Instructions for using the code and opening the parcel box can be found on the parcel machine's touch-sensitive screen.

Omniva courier service
For users of the courier service, the package is delivered directly to the address specified in the order. The courier will agree the exact time of delivery of the package with you by phone before the package is delivered.
Returns
If the ordered product does not meet your expectations, is the wrong colour or is unsuitable, you have 14 days to return it to us. It's very simple!
Write to us at airi@villapreili.ee and add an e-mail:
1. order number
2. own name
3. the product/products to be returned
4. reason for return.
Then go back to the parcel machine where you got the parcel from (Omniva or Itella Smartpost). Enter the return code, which you can find in the message that came to you when the package arrived. Send the parcel on our way.
Smartpost return: Select "Parcel return" from the Smartpost parcel machine menu and enter the same code that was used to issue the parcel. Then the door opens and you can put the package in the closet. After closing the door, confirm the return by pressing "Print Receipt".
Omniva return: Choose "Return package" from the menu of the Omniva parcel machine, then enter the return code sent by SMS or e-mail and stick the address card issued by the machine on the parcel. Put the package in the opened locker and confirm the return by pressing "Confirm". (Newer machines no longer come with a sticker, so you can put the package in the locker without it). PS! If you took the package out of Omniva's new parcel machine, you can return it through the new parcel machine as well, and if it was from the old one, please return it through the old machine.

You can also return the goods ordered with the Omniva courier via the nearest Omniva parcel machine, for this contact us at airi@villapreili.ee and we will send you the information to be sticked to the package. Then go to the parcel machine that suits you. Put the package in the opened locker and confirm the return by pressing "Confirm". (Newer machines no longer come with a sticker, so you can put the package in the locker without it).
If we have received your e-mail with your return request, we will wait for the parcel to return and we will normally make the return payment within three working days after the package reaches us (but no later than within 14 working days). We make the refund to the same current account from which you paid for the purchase.
More important information about returns:
Products can be returned within 14 days of receiving the product.
The returned products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
It is not possible to return spoiled or damaged products.
